Enquiries and orders

Fig & Flame currently accepts product enquiries through this website. An enquiry, basket or automated contact acknowledgement is not an accepted order, stock reservation or payment confirmation.

Before payment, we confirm the products and selected sizes, availability, full price, R95 courier charge, estimated dispatch and payment arrangements in writing. Review that confirmation and ask us to correct anything that is wrong.

Prices and availability

Website prices are shown in South African rand. Basket totals are indicative until confirmed. Product availability is checked with Fuego, which fulfils orders. We do not represent catalogue listings as stock held by Fig & Flame.

Products and refills

Follow the manufacturer’s packaging and safety instructions. Match refills by house, range, fragrance and product format. Where we show a matching refill, use the linked format; contact us if you are unsure. Products shown together in our gifting pairings are separately supplied items at their individual prices. Gift wrapping, a presentation box and a bundle discount are not included unless expressly stated.

Delivery and returns

Estimated courier transit is 2–4 business days after dispatch. See delivery information and returns and statutory rights. Nothing on this page excludes rights that South African law gives you.
