Start with a message

Email callum@pistorventures.org with your order reference, the item and the reason for the return. For damage or a fault, photographs can help us understand the problem. We will confirm the return route and address; please do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.

Eligible online cancellations: 7 days

Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel within 7 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You are responsible only for the direct return cost. If you already paid, the refund is due within 30 days of cancellation.

The Act has exceptions, including certain personalised goods and goods that by their nature cannot be returned. We will explain any relevant exception for your item; these terms do not remove your statutory rights.

Defective goods: 6 months

Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, goods that fail its quality requirements may be returned within 6 months of delivery at the supplier’s risk and expense. Your statutory choice of repair, replacement or refund applies, subject to the Act. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty.

Other requests

For a change-of-mind request outside the applicable statutory period, contact us before returning anything so we can check what is possible. No additional voluntary return period is promised here.
